I don't recall them having a universal vaccine, so much as they seemed to believe that they had vaccinations for every disease that might affect a human being, and gave the fetuses the appropriate ones for their projected future, at a stage of development where the kids couldn't possibly have a functioning immune system which rather misses the point of vaccination.
